Diagnostic Charge - $30

We can either come to your location to work on your machine or pick it up, whichever you prefer. This is our charge for making the trip and doing a diagnosis of the problem you are having.

Remote Diagnostic - $20

If you have a usable computer and a PayPal or Cash App account, we can guide you over the phone through the process of installing free software that will let us securely access your system. Then we can determine what the problem is.

System Cleaning And Performance Tune Up

Over time you may notice your computer is running slower. We are able to do a little spring cleaning and tune up the computer in order for it to run faster.

Secure Drive Wipe

Before you get rid of your computer it is always a good idea to format the hard drive in a manner that securely erases your data.

Component Installation

If you have something you would like installed in your computer we can help! Anything from another hard drive, extra RAM, a new video card, or whatever else you might need.

Virus / Malware / Spyware Removal

You may notice your system and internet connection is suddenly running a lot slower. Also there may be websites showing up that you didn’t click on or other pop ups in your web browser. We can get rid of these problems for you.

Reset Windows Password

Sometimes you can forget your password to login to your computer, it happens. We can help get you logged back into your machine.
